New degrees maximize credit from Coast Guard training p1 - Military - Career Choices - Military Times EDGE

Graduates of the Coast Guard Maritime Law Enforcement Academy can now transfer up to 14 credits from their training to a degree at 10 colleges.

The institutions involved in the Maritime Law Enforcement College Partnership Program have tailored degrees to complement MLEA courses so Coast Guardsmen can maximize the credit recommendations for those courses.

Participating schools are Bellevue University, Thomas Edison State College, American Military University, University of Maryland University College, Saint Leo University, Vincennes University, Oklahoma University, Roger Williams University, Penn State University and Northcentral University.
