Win a Sears Hometown Store p1 - Military - Start Your Own Business - Military Times Edge

Military veterans have until June 25 to enter to win a Sears Hometown Store through the retailer’s Operation Stores and Stripes giveaway.

One veteran will be chosen to receive the store, license, merchandise, renovation and merchandised location, the first 90 days of lease and 90 days of operating cash flow.

To be eligible, veterans must have a minimum of $100,000 net worth, $10,000 of which is liquid. Applicants will be judged by their ability to run a successful business, work with customers and represent the Sears brand, as well as their character and financial soundness.

The winner will be announced Sept. 30.
